Chelsea

Chelsea's transfer plans are still developing in that transfer period. They're negotiating with Atletico Madrid and Sevilla for Kounde and Saul's transfer. Atletico wants €50m for Saul Niguez's contract but Chelsea wants to pay €42m right now. And also Chelsea has a lot of option in that position. This transfer may be change its direction to Liverpool or ManU. But Kounde's transfer is so close to Chelsea right now. They agreed with Kounde's manager for weekly salary and bonuses. Also Sevilla's €65m offer is pending. The Blues can accept that offer in the deadline day and the transfer will be finished.

West Ham

West ham has finished Kurt Zouma's transfer with €25m transfer fee. And they're looking for their next playmaker. They couldn't reach an agreement with ManU for Lingard's transfer. And they're working for other options. They've offered €20m for Lille's Jonathan Bamba and that offer has rejected permanently. But the Moyes' list has a lot of options and they moved CSKA's Croatian star Niko Vlasic. CSKA is close to accept West Ham's €21m offer for 21 year old playmaker. And also this offer has €4m bonus plan. This transfer can be raise €25m with that bonuses.

Liverpool

Liverpool is working for the next transfer summer right now. They want Ismaila Sarr from Watford and they offer £20m right now. But they'll operate this transfer for the next season. If Watford accept this offer, Sarr will be signed for Liverpool from 2022. And he will stay on Watford for this season. 

Liverpool's talented midfielder Curtis Jones is wanted by Aston Villa. Villa wanted to add him on their rotation but Liverpool manager Jürgen Klopp didn't accept Villa's offer. They've offered £15m for English youngster, but Klopp said Jones will be a part of his future tactical plan. He will stay at Anfield for now.

Manchester United

ManU's Cristiano Ronaldo transfer bomb has been changed their transfer plans. They just want to buy a right back in these days. They're still trying to have Kieran Trippier into their squad. But Atletico want to sell him with his release clause which is €51m. United offers €30m and Diogo Dalot's contract in two days ago. But they didn't have any response. The rumours said Atletico's Trippier plans will be shaped with €40m and Dalot.

ManU's 18 year old Ivorian winger Amad Diallo loaned to Dutch giant Feyenoord. He was in first team rotation but the Ronaldo transfer changed Diallo's season plan. He'll play one season long in the Rotterdam team.
