English Championship team Hull City has found a new owner. Assem Allam's 9-year selling procedure has finished yesterday. And Hull City fans finally met their new chairman. The English club's new owner is a Turkish media boss, Acun Ilıcalı. 

Hull City web site and social media pages has published a statement for this takover procedure. That statement has started with "The acquisition has been approved and ratified by the English Football League and sees Acun Medya take full control of the club with immediate effect." sentence. Acun Ilıcalı and his company Acun Medya has finished the takeover processes and they owned their new invesment.

Acun Medya's boss Acun Ilıcalı said, he's so happy for this takover. Because he loves football and he always think about investing in football industry. And he'll start a new journey with his new club. Acun Ilıcalı said, he'll raise into the Premier League at one or two years and they'll start to work for this aim. Also he promised for the new transfers in January transfer era. And he thanks to Allam family for the takeover processes. He said, "I would like to thank the Allam family for the friendship and sincerity they have shown during this process. I genuinely believe that we will achieve success with the amazing fans of this beautiful city."

Hull City's new chairman Acun Ilıcalı is well-known Fenerbahçe fan in Turkey. He's also friend of the German international Mesut Özil and Fenerbahçe president Ali Koç.
