Transfer market has closed at February 1st 2022 which means countdown will start to summer '22 transfer era. Those news will explan the latest Premier League transfer gossips. 

Manchester United

Manchester United didn't sign any player in the January era. But they've worked about for their summer transfer in that period. They've connected to West Ham again for their first target and the London team have refused again. ManU's first part of their master plan is Declan Rice on the summer operation. But the England international can change his route in summer '22. Declan Rice's childhood team, Chelsea, is preparing a huge offer for him. If Chelsea will pay €70m for Rice, well-known defensive midfielder is going to move to the Blues. 

Also they're still looking for a new season's manager. They follow Ralph Hassenhüttl, Graham Potter and Brendan Rodgers for this role since December '21. But they couldn't agree with anyone. ManU board and the next football executive Ralf Rangnick is searching a new opportunities for that role. And they've found a familiar coach to Old Trafford. Derby Country manager and ManU legend Wayne Rooney can be the next one. The board and Rangnick will determine this option too.

Chelsea

Chelsea is still trying to design their defending line. The board couldn't agree with Christensen, Rüdiger and Azpilicueta who they've succeded a lot as a trio in the last year. They've only signed with Thiago Silva until the next year. The board follows Jules Kounde move who is playing for Sevilla. But the French international and his club didn't accept Chelsea's offer. Chelsea will make a move in April for him. If they won't Chelsea's €70m offer, they'll try to find Kounde's another options. The rumours said; if they can prepare a €65-70m for a defender, Barça board will make a huge offer to him. The authorities referred to Kounde as "the new Thuram". And all of the big teams will try to sign him in the summer era.

West Ham

West Ham is trying to make Kalvin Phillips move for the next season. West Ham manager David Moyes wants to replace the England international Declan Rice with his partner. But the Leeds board doesn't want to accept West Ham's offer. The 26-year-old midfielder wants to move from Leeds, and he also pushes his club with contract improvement force. His contract is going to end at 2024, but Phillips wants to change his route in the summer period. Besides from West Ham's offer,  Real Madrid and Liverpool are planning to make an offer for him too.

Liverpool

Liverpool has signed a huge potential in the ending days of January. The board has added Luis Diaz on the squad. They've also tried Fabio Carvalho and Andy Logbo's transfers, but the Reds couldn't take them. Logbo is still connecting with Liverpool for the next transfer period, but Carvalho is a question mark for the board. Milan has been starting to connect the 19-year-old youngster. The red side of Milan will offer €30m to Fulham, and they'll offer huge project to Fabio Carvalho. Rossonero board think the English-Portoguese youngster will change their playmaker destiny for 10 years.

Liverpool will be missed their big part of the future plan in the summer '22.
