Transfer Rumours for Premier League - 16/12/2021
Man United
Man United has renewed their transfer strategies with their interim coach Ralf Rangnick. Rangnick will move into ManU's football operation board in June '22 and he's in charge for transfer planning right now. Rangnick's first transfer target is Dortmund's striker Erling Haaland. He'll try to reach an agreement with Haaland and his club in summer transfer era. Rangnick was the part of Haaland's Salzburg move in 2019 and he's still connected with the Norwegian star. If the German executive can finish Haaland move, Manchester United will give a huge bonus to Rangnick.
ManU's home grown star Jesse Lingard set to sign Newcastle United in January '22. The English midfielder couldn't be a part of Man United's first plan and he wants to leave in the next year. ManU board want to have some earning from Lingard, and they'll accept Newcastle's €8m. Because Lingard's current contract is going to end at June '22.
Arsenal
A few days ago, Arsenal has found a new crisis into their squad. Mikel Arteta has decided to sell Aubameyang and he put him into the "out of the squad" list. Auba's captainship band has moved to Lacazette for temporary. Hereby, Auba and Laca's departure progress has started. The Gunners is looking for a first class striker right now. And they want to buy Dusan Vlahovic from Fiorentina. They have to fight with Serie A giant Juventus and their rival Tottenham for Vlahovic move. Arsenal has planned to pay €70m to Florence team.
Chelsea
Chelsea's defending line problems didn't change from the our last article. They want to add 3 central defender at least on summer transfer period. They couldn't agree with Rüdiger, Christensen, Azpilicueta and Thiago Silva for the next season. They're preparing huge offers to Kounde from Sevilla, Szalai from Fenerbahçe and Wesley Fofana from Leicester.
Also they've started to talk for Timo Werner's departure with Manchester United. He was unhappy for the last season's performance and wanted to leave from the board. Also he has worked with ManU's interm coach Rangnick when he played for RB Leipzig.
Newcastle United
Newcastle United is preparing their January offer right now. They're close to sign with ManU's experienced midfielder Jesse Lingard and Atleti's right back Kieran Trippier. They'll pay €8m for Lingard's contract. It'll be the cheapest buyout for Newcastle, because Lingard's contract will end at June '22. Also Atletico's British star Trippier is considering Newcastle's €9m per year contract, and Atletico has ready to accept €35m buyout fee. The Arabian fund based Newcastle will be aggressive on the next winter.
